Let’s start with our first fuel pump example: a 1,000-horsepower carbureted system running at 7 psi on 13.5 volts with 500 lbs/hr of fuel, and needing our A1000. In our first regulator example, we paired this system with a 13204 A1000 regulator. For sake of ease, let’s reference our diagrams for the filter. A good pre-filter would be our 12304 100-micron filter with ORB-10 ports and a good post-filter would be our 12340 10-micron filter with ORB-10 ports.
Now for our second fuel pump example: a 1,200 flywheel horsepower EFI system running at 65 psi base + boost on 13.5 volts with 804 lbs/hr of fuel, and needing our Eliminator pump. In our second regulator example, we paired this Eliminator EFI system with a 13134 Pro-Series Extreme Flow EFI regulator. For sake of ease, let’s reference our diagrams for the filter. A good pre-filter would be our 12309 100-micron filter with ORB-12 ports and a good post-filter would be our 12341 10-micron filter with ORB-12 ports.
Our third fuel pump example was: a 1,000 flywheel horsepower EFI system running at 65 psi base + boost on 13.5 volts with 900 lbs/hr of fuel. This system needs our Pro Series pump, which flows up to 1,200 lbs/hr at 65 psi and 13.5 volts. It also needs our 13305 Big EFI X1 regulator. A good pre-filter would be our 12302 100-micron filter with ORB-12 ports and a good post-filter would be our 12339 10-micron filter with ORB-12 ports.
